What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards, and PayPal.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you signed up for an account, you can loginto check your order status. If you do not have an account, you will still receive email updates from us with your order confirmation and shipping information. If you are not getting email from us, please check your spam folder or send an email to hello@popcharms.net and one of our customer service representatives will help you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We ship orders quickly! For that reason, we can not guarantee changes to your order after it’s been placed. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Does PopCharms take telephone orders?

If you'd like to place a telephone order, please contact us with your phone number and the best time to reach you, and one of our customer service representatives will contact you to place your PopCharm order over the phone.

Does PopCharms charge sales tax?

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to California, the state in which PopCharms operates.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

When you’ve finished shopping, navigate to your contact us and scroll down to ENTER YOUR COUPON CODE, input your code, and hit APPLY. Please note, only ONE coupon code can be used per order.

How do I know if my order was processed and/or shipped?

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with PopCharms.net, you can login to your account and view your order history. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us or email us at hello@popcharms.net. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.

Do I need an account to make a purchase on PopCharms.net?

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase on PopCharms.net. You are welcome to checkout as a guest. However, it is recommended that you create an account. Having an account unlocks many features, including, but not limited to: Viewing Your Order History and Storing Your Information, which enables you to checkout much quicker on future orders.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 1 business day, but please allow 2 business days for processing. Once an order is shipped, it will take between 1-5 days to receive your order (depending on your shipping method and location). All of our packages are shipped via USPS. USPS does not deliver mail on Sundays in many locations. Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Sacramento, CA.

What is the shipping cost?

Free Ground Shipping on all orders! If you'd like quicker shipping, choose Priority (1-4 day) which is an additional $8. We do not offer an overnight shipping option.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For the quickest shipping method, please choose Priority Mail 2-4 day for an $8 fee. Please note, we do not guarantee delivery times. All shipping times are estimates provided by USPS.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We can ship to P.O. Boxes.

What are your return policies?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PopCharms purchase! If you are not, please return unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To return or exchange an item, please contact us for a hassle free return and shipping label. Please include your name and order number.

How long does it take to process returns?

We will send you a confirmation email once your return is processed. Returns are processed within 7 business days. It may take an additional 10 days for funds to be available in your account.

I lost my account password — how can I retrieve it?

In the event that you forget or lose your password, simply navigate to the top of this page and click on the Login link. Once you are presented with the Login Page, select the Forgotten Password on the lower left side. Enter your email address in the form, and click the “Reset Password” button. Shortly after this submission, you will receive an email confirming your password credentials.

How many charms does each bracelet hold?

All PopCharms bracelets hold 10 charms.  Bracelets come with 10 stationary studs.  Charms magnetically click on top of the studs. PopCharms bracelets are perfectly wearable and fashionable, even if they are not filled with all 10 charms. 

What are your Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver finishes?

Our jewelry is 14K Gold, Rose Gold, and Rhodium (silver) plated to give it a gorgeous appearance. It is sealed with a clear, UV anti-tarnish coating to give it protection and long lasting beauty.

Does your jewelry contain Nickel, Lead, or Cadmium?

All PopCharms plating and components are nickel, lead, and cadmium free.

What are your bracelets made from?

PopCharms bracelets are genuine leather. The metal components are iron and brass with 14K Gold, Rose Gold, or Rhodium plating. PopCharms are nickel, lead, and cadmium free.

How should I care for my PopCharms?

PopCharms should never be submerged in water as it will harm the leather and dull the metal finish. Let lotions and perfume dry completely before putting your PopCharms bracelet on. To keep PopCharms beauty longlasting, they should be lightly rubbed with a microfiber cloth after use and stored in the jewelry bag they came in. As with most jewelry, do not wear PopCharms when you are doing rough/physical work, or when exercising.

Can children wear PopCharms?

PopCharms are not for children. PopCharms contain small parts and strong magnets that are a choking hazard, and my cause serious injury or death if swallowed or inhaled. Keep away from children ages 12 and under.

My product broke — do you provide replacements?

If your PopCharms bracelet or charms arrive broken or damaged, please contact us (hyperlink) for a replacement. If your PopCharms bracelet or charms break within 1 year of purchase, please contact us and include a picture of the damage so one of our customer service representatives can help to resolve the issue.
